Animal Care and Control, Today, Sunday Oct 8 at 4:15 two young Siberian Huskies are on Highway 45 West headed towards town. Sheriff Dept will not respond b/c neither is injured or aggressive. No one at Animal Shelter answered phone, of course, being Sunday. They did not appear to be either. They seemed happy to be free and going to town.
Please help local merchants and do something about all the people that have stolen shopping carts all over town. I counted 6 at seminary park alone the other day!!! Contact the police department and give them direction to help address this problem and hold the people stealing shopping carts accountable! From what I’ve heard, the police are currently instructed to not address this issues. The city has an obligation to its (tax paying) citizens to uphold the law!
The dwelling unit at 608 S Park Ave is managed by Elkins Apartments. The apartment is located above a storage garage that Elkins, in the past few years, renovated and began using for their maintenance storage and operations. The building itself is only on one electrical circuit, meaning the resident of the upstairs apartment is also paying for the electrical use of the maintenance operations below. I don’t have a great understanding of zoning laws, but I wanted to report this in case it was some kind of violation because it doesn’t seem right.
I am not finding where to record my concern of the proposed jail. It should not be in a highly populated residential area that includes an elementary school. There has to be a better location. The one property was rejected due to wrong zoning. I know that zoning can be changed. If it proceeds in this populated area and property values go down, will taxes go down also? Kirby Alley is tagged as a street in the City's GIS system and this appears to be a mistake. It shows up in the City's street centerline product published on the City's data portal. For planning, streets this close to downtown would have sidewalks, but alleys do not. This is also a traffic issue. Having this alley tagged as a street means that Google Maps (shown in image) and other software will give driving directions down the alley, which is usually not intended or desired for pass-through traffic.

My kids are caught up in the midst of what i would call "legal" kidnapping. Currently, they are in the Care of DCS (ELIJAH KNEPPER is my case worker) , who objected to my daughter having a forensic interview at Suzies Place following some concerning actions that led me to believe she was being sexually abused. she is four. DCS lied to me about the disclosures she made. they lied about it in court. and they are continueing to allow the person who allegedly touched her to continue seeing her. The dcs case is paid for and entirely frivilous. after my daughters forensic interview a hearing was held in which they modified her fathers visitation to supervised in an emergency modification hearing, but they claimed the reason was because he let me visit my kids on one of his visits. But really it was because he molested our daughter. I CAN LITERALLY PROVE EVERY SINGLE THING IM SAYING and whats crazy is NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT because i have called literally EVERYONE UP TO THE WHITE HOUSE and WHY IS THIS STILL A THING. GET ME MY CHILDREN HOME SAFE!!!! OR A PAID ATTORNEY LIKE YESTERDAY. Placement for my kids paid 12 thousand dollars for an attorney, Kendra Gjerdingen, who advised them the only legal way to take my kids was by means of a dcs case. they then set me up to be arrested, for a phony OWI and i havent seen my kids in 12 weeks. Placement also paid for the attorney representing DCS. SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE has to care that this is how our CHILDREN ARE TRAFFICKED AND MINE ARE NOT FOR SALE. Thanks for reading.
