A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. Neighbors down the block at 1506 S Nancy Street are leaving trash and recycling containers by the curb continuously, in violation of city code. In addition they leave trash out front that is an unsightly neighborhood mess.
I am a homeowner here in the city. Unexpectedly my neighbor trenched And waterproofed his basement. The trench was between our houses, Which are close together. I asked him if he needed a Permit. He said no. Is he right?

Public Health on preparedness for Covid-19?
My Little 500 2015 red bike was left outside of ZnC on Kirkwood at around 2:40am (Wednesday). Next time I checked the bike was gone. I uploaded the most recent picture of my bike.
Every time I walk or bike by this house, a dog charges at me and scares the crap out of me and my kids. It is tied up but the leash is long and hard to see. The dog comes at us at full speed before hitting the end of the leash almost at the street. I’m tired of being terrorized and it can’t be good for the dog either.
