There is a derelict house at 410 S Highland. Almost every night (it's 9:45 now) people are using a mini front loader and moving stuff around and there's an enormous trailer parked in the street. It would be great to know what the heck is the future of this eyesore. Thanks

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. My Little 500 2015 red bike was left outside of ZnC on Kirkwood at around 2:40am (Wednesday). Next time I checked the bike was gone. I uploaded the most recent picture of my bike.
Every time I walk or bike by this house, a dog charges at me and scares the crap out of me and my kids. It is tied up but the leash is long and hard to see. The dog comes at us at full speed before hitting the end of the leash almost at the street. I’m tired of being terrorized and it can’t be good for the dog either.
