So I applied for a gun/concealed carry permit. I paid the fee, then got my fingerprints. They told me to go to a sheriff so I went to the sheriff's office at 301 N College Ave. They said I had to go to the office on 3rd street. I went there and the building was closed so I could not complete my application. What do I need to do from here?

I was scammed but some people that used regions bank in bloomington and need your help to try and get my money back. I have all the banking information and I tried calling the bank to stop the funds from being released but was unable to get any assistance from them.
