Possible over-occupancy. Four vehicles parked behind house with license plates: EN936 - UP9795 - UC7488 - BQG745
Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.
Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). Property is not grandfathered, so has maximum of three occupants. Landlord advertises it as 4-bedroom: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/305-E-11th-St-Bloomington-IN-47408/94516124_zpid/
Unknown if this is a violation or not. Red Lincoln automobile parked in backyard for years. Flat tires and expired license plate (2020).
There is a giant machine outside out my apartment for construction work. It is the week before finals and it starts making one of the loudest noises I have ever heard at 7 am. It’s ridiculous and don’t see why they can’t start at 9.
The tenants of 501 E 7th St and 310 N Dunn St have had daily parties, morning and evening, for several weeks now that involve twenty+ people and loud music audible inside other apartments. Several noise complaints have been made with police each time it occurs, yet police have never actually showed up and the parties continue. They are in violation of Bloomington’s noise ordinance each time, but seemingly the police department refuses to enforce it.
