the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. Construction of "The Standard" has been going on for 1.5 years, and they start at 5AM! Are there any regulations about how early people can make noise when building something? A homeless man seems to be setting up camp in this park. Aren’t some of my tax dollars going to help house the homeless? I am at this park every day and will not be happy if it turns into another park full of homeless people. No problem if they are just passing through like the rest of us, but I don’t want them living here.

An unknown individual has slept in the bus stop shelter for the past week. The area surrounding the shelter has litter scattered about consistently. I do not know if the litter is from this individual. It's a health hazard.
