Bart Villa Apartment-Yesterday I delivered to this building unit 8. The smell of urine on the carpeted steps was so strong that I got sick. It is unsanitary for residents and delivery people. No one deserves to live like this
This home has had a wrecked burned up car parked in the yard for several weeks . A fixer upper RV with tools for repairs for weeks, fenders, bumpers, vehicle paint jobs, and multiple vehicles parked frequently. Also tools everywhere. It looks more like a fix-it shop than a neighborhood private home. Could someone PLEASE go speak the home owner..
My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. We can see a stand of bamboo (not sure what kind) along the north edge of Winslow Woods, which is adjacent to the property mentioned above.
Between this property and the property to the north there is yellow groove bamboo.

I believe that there is at least 10 people living at this large house. I constantly drive past and see all of the cars parked along the left side of their house and it is at least 4 cars daily not including the cars in their driveway!
There are several reports regarding the unusable state of several sidewalks in this area, all of which are the responsibility of The Fields Apartments to maintain. However they are clearly choosing to ignore any citations regarding blocked, overgrown, or damaged sidewalks. Please consider following up with their management and reminding them of their responsibilities.
A few weeks ago someone spraypainted the side of this house. It appears that the vinyl siding was replaced with siding from the back of the house. Because now the back of the house is exposed. Besides this, the house has mold growing all along the side of the house. Horrible shape.
