I am renting this property and the landlord’s repairman did not connect the ventilation tubing to the outside so all the lint and debris is getting pumped into the air. I wanted to report this as a violation of housing code. Thank you.

I would like to remain anonymous, but I know of a house that has four residents with only allowing three to live there and be on the lease. I am reporting this because they tried to offer a sublet without being able to get on the lease and I think this is illegal. The house is at 2629 E Edwards row. I think this is an issue and should be dealt with.

Trying to find regulations on creating a non-mown front yard. Could it be filled with native plants? Could it resemble a native wildflower meadow? Could I remove the grass and replant with native clovers? Trying to find a sustainable and beneficial solution to not have to mow.
