Good Evening, My name is Kelly and I work with kids in an after school program in Vermont. Recently I've been working with the kids on safety, I decided doing a fun project on ways they can be safe before and after school. During their search they came across your page (http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=2212) and wanted to thank you. They also found a safety guide (http://yourlocalsecurity.com/inside-home-safety-guide) that covers everything for keeping children safe at home and other protection resources; would you mind adding it to your page if it's not too much trouble? The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.

Not sure if this is legal mail. The person putting these in mail boxes was wearing street clothes. As I understand it, that us illegal.
