Near the Polly Grimshaw trail just off of Eastgate Ln, I saw an abandoned duffle bag on the other side of the railroad track fence. Looked full but I didn't stop to check.

This graffiti is either an unpermitted public art display under the city's public art approval process or a violation of the city's sign ordinance. No matter the message, the city needs to insist that private property owners remove or cover graffiti as soon as possible to discourage future vandalism and prevent an intimidating downtown atmosphere. The city regularly requires private property owners to address unsightly items such as accumulated trash and unmowed lawns. Graffiti should be treated no differently.

Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Not sure if this is an unauthorized speed bump but I believe it is. It is about a foot from this location of residence, I believe they placed it there themselves. 1660 W Eighth St Bloomington, IN 47404 United States
