Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. Grass ally between 321 S. Davisson St. and 316 Buckner has a large tree leaning onto across the ally on to a walnut tree on 321 S. Davisson. From storm.

The two street lights located in the alley between Dixie and Dodds Streets are burned out. Last time they were replaced a couple years ago they only stayed lit for about 2 months.

The sidewalk is broken near the corner. The part that's broken is next to a "water" line. The sidewalk could be a problem for pedestrians, especially if they may have a visual disability or be wheelchair-bound. It may also be a problem for the waterline. Thank you for your help.
