There is trash and yard debris all over this lot. The trash/debris travel to the street/other houses with storms. This is a problem all year long. The address does not have number: it is on W Cottage Grove Av between 1208 and 1212.
This is a College town and the RENT here is CRAZY stupid HIGH! Every year my apartment raises it 20.00, this year it was raised 35.00! Now new buildings go up with rent even HIGHER! Then BEACON wants a GRANT for the HOMELESS?!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Let's FOCUS on the WORKING class citizens FIRST! I don't want to live in a DUMP, nor should I? But to pay $755.00 for a one bedroom, is the cheapest? That is what I am paying and trust me it isn't even the nicest. WHY NOT FOCUS ON CAPS for these SLUM LORDS who make a fortune! Or find someone like me a program with a good credit score a way to get an affordable HOME! Thanks, Tammy Backen
Massive trash next to clear creek trail. Camping is one thing but destroying environment is another
There is a lot of poison hemlock growing along the edge of Smith Road, most of it between Brighton and Bennington on the west side of the road. There is some on the east side near Fenbrook as well.
Trying to find regulations on creating a non-mown front yard. Could it be filled with native plants? Could it resemble a native wildflower meadow? Could I remove the grass and replant with native clovers? Trying to find a sustainable and beneficial solution to not have to mow.
Demolition crew at old hospital site is not spraying down the dust with water as contracted.
420 Eastside Drive has been for years and still is a junk yard. There are several vehicles that have not moved in ages, there is trash in the yard (empty soda cans, beverage container). How about City Ordinance 15.16.020 (6): a vehicle that is six or more model years old and mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than thirty days. The picture was taken from the Hunter foot path. This yard is far from the pearl of the neighborhood.
