Tenants are using the front porch as a kitchen. They dragged a refrigerator and kitchen sink out there a couple weeks ago.
They keep adding things that are not meant for outdoors. This item is now ruined as it sat out in the rain! Please keep this property owner accountable.
Can someone from HAND please leave a good neighbor flier for these people? They play loud music day and night that can be heard a few doors down and they drive unsafely through the alley. I will be stopping by to speak to them myself, and my next step will be calling BPD about the noise if they do not adhere to City noise ordinance.
Weeds and invasive trees taking over the whole property, and on the north end, spreading onto my property.
Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck).
