This lawn has not been touched (almost abandoned). The weeds and grass exceeds 12 inches all over the yard, hurting the values of homes in the neighborhood. Please require a change.

I live at 2327 S Terra Ct, and I would like to report trash in my neighbors yard (2333 S Terra Ct). I have reported this before, but it has again become an issue. I have to constantly pick up their trash from my yard, to keep my yard from looking like a dump. It is not likely drive by trash as I live in a cul-de-sac inside another cul-de-sac; and the trash is not only in their front yard, but their back yard as well. I am pregnant, and I feel I should not have to live in these conditions, or pick up large amounts of others trash constantly as I am not their janitor. I do not put trash in my yard, only the proper receptacles, and these receptacles are only outside with trash when it is being picked up for trash/recycling day. I have no interest in attracting rodents or other creatures that do not belong near my house. Please see the attached photo of my neighbors trash, that I have collected from just my own yard, from the past month and a half.

The side of the road is full of pine needle's and debris. It covers the storm grates. The street sweeper cleaned one side but not the other. That’s been a week ago.

There is been a constant flow of drug deals between people who park at Timber Ridge Apartments and go to Crawford Apartments. They are leaving their used syringes in the parking lot, and passing out in their vehicles. Space is very limited and we need the parking spaces for the residents. Who do we contact to clean the syringes up? There are young kids who live here who like to play outside. Police have been called numerous times for the people passed out in their cars. Timber Ridge parking should be for residents and guest only! We need more signs that say such!! Or patrol the area please!!

Public spaces, be they roundabouts, street corners, boulevard medians or just the grassy strips along sidewalks are regularly cluttered with signs for events and services. What are the rules about these things? I suppose there is a spectrum of acceptability, ranging from school performances to community theater to summer camps, but more and more often I am seeing them being used to advertise businesses. In the attached photo you will see that there are signs on the Moores Pike traffic circle for the C3 bar in Renwick. Earlier this year the south side of town, and I imagine elsewhere, was awash in signs for some transient snake oil salesman. I would like to know what the law allows and why there is no enforcement. I like to keep my privacy fence clear and clean on both sides and currently I cannot do so because of envading branches and other overgrowth from my neighbors yard onto my yard (2412). Not sure who to contact about this as she is not approachable
