Boarded up home at 1017 S. Walnut is equipped with a very loud alarm system with a rotating light that goes off about every 5 minutes. Police have check on the property at least twice with no sign of a break-in. Alarm system is creating noise pollution that makes it unpleasant for neighbors to be outside or have their windows open.

A tree in the city easement area behind my parents house at 1009 S. Grant fell down and broke their fence and is now in their yard. I have been unable to find the rules applying to this sort of issue and would greatly appreciate any help for them. Thank you
Noise from the Carlisle factory has hit an all-time point of frustration. This nuisance is loud and obnoxious with fans running 24/7. Last night there was a clear, high-pitched whine at ~1376 Hz. It was so loud and clear I could detect it with my musical tuner at the pitch F6. My neighbors are miserable and Carlisle seems oblivious to the issue.
Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. I have a client that has come to my office to report that her neighbor is scary and has a lot of people at his home constantly. Mostly she would like to report noise complaints. He is very loud at night and has a lot of people always coming to the his home late at night driving motorcycles and it is very disruptive.
There is a tree branch laying on the fence at our property located at 1003 Keri Marie Lane in Bloomington, IN and the tree branch has fallen from a tree that seems to be on the city easement property behind our fence. We would like to request that the city send someone out to investigate and remove the branch from our fence. Thank you!
A tree in the berm or curb strip appears to be dying and may need to be removed. I've been told these trees are the responsibility of the city. Can someone look at it and remove it if necessary? In addition, there are a few other trees on my lot which are very close to the road, and I don't know if they belong to me or the city. Can someone provide insight about this for me? Thank you.
The city removed a tree from the verge/berm in front of my house this past summer, and they said another tree would be planted in its place. However, no tree has been planted. I was wondering if the city could plant a tree in the spot this spring. Thanks.
