I have always had positive experiences with all members of the Sanitation Department, but this past year, in particular, I have had extremely positives experiences. Not only have the team members been thorough, timely, and respectful, but everyone has been SO friendly! The team doesn't hold back on the smiles, waves, and well-wishes. I cannot say enough positive about the Sanitation team (yard waste, recycling, trash) that comes through the Winslow Farms/Sweetbriar neighborhood. I am hearing a loud low frequency (36Hz) noise coming from summit elementary school utility units (it seems to only kickes in during a very cold day). I get a migrane from this noise and there is noway to escape it exept to leave our house. I belive it constitutes "unreasonable noise" as decribed in the city code 14.09. Please help!

Hello, My name is Julie Abrams. I am part of the St. Charles School Board Commission. I wanted to know if we must have a permit to hold a car show on our school lot as a fundraiser. I sent this email to Mr. VanDeventer approximately four months ago and have heard nothing--no response whatsoever. Can you please help this tax payer get a street sign replaced that's been missing for almost two years. Also, there is a flickering street light on the east end of the Cheyanne Lane cul-de-sac that is off more than it is on. Mr. VanDeventer, Approximately four months ago I called the City street department to report a missing street sign. I can understand why replacing street signs is not a high priority for your department, but the sign has been gone for over a year plus the four months since I reported it.
