It is loose, unsecured. The device and the concrete are a safety hazard. Repairs need to be affected to return the rack in its proper position in pristine condition. There are creepy handwritten signs on Kirkwood today (Mon morning). There is one directly across from Uptown on a trash can, another further towards campus, and the 3rd one on my route is on the pizzaria corner. They are threatening in tone; they say people in the city should leave town as it's "the time of vengence." The Pizzaria one says to be alert because enemies are waiting to devour us like lions. Upsetting.
The BHSS football games are absurdly loud. We should not have to hear their announcements indoors with the windows closed from over a mile away.
My neighbor's black walnut trees drop hundreds of them on my lawn and I don't know how to get rid of them. I finally got them in two large containers, but they are very heavy and I cannot move them. Any ideas?
Hi, I am still able to register for the Dearly Departed Cemetery Tours on Oct. 19th? Or am I able to come with my party to the event and pay there? Thanks, DJ Boits
Hello, I live in Bloom Apartments, which is owned by Hunter Bloomington Property Group. Last week, I received this letter announcing a bark park, along with the image at the bottom. I found out that the property group only installed a gate to block vehicles and one on the sidewalk for pedestrians, but have no other enclosures surroudning. I think this is misleading to call it a bark park, when every instance of a bark park or dog park I can find means it has an fenced-in area for dogs to roam. The way they worded this along with the image of the entrance gate makes it seem like it's enclosed. When I called, the representative didn't seem interested or concerned, even when I asked if they could sent a follow-up email clarifying how the space isn't enclosed. My main worry is that dog owners may not know the bark park isn't enclosed, and could lose a dog or have it hit by a vehicle being so close to main roads. Thank you, Vincent Holloway
