Hi,in the 70s my ex military dad from Nigeria after serving a course in Indiana was given a hounorary citizenship by The city of Indiana.what does this mean for him?does this make him a citizen?how does this effect his direct family?pls advice.thank you

Do you have any idea what the low rumbling noise is on the southside of Bloomington? It seems to be in the area of the strip of land that would run from Gordon Pike up towards the police training center along Walnut. It is dark out. These low rumbling noises -- almost like beating or shaking baking pans -- have been going on for hours. It is now 10pm and they are still happening. A lot of evenings they occur after dark for various amounts of time. What is that noise?
Today will be a March to ask that the city declare an environmental emergency. I am unable to attend he march but ask that that the city seriously consider its options regarding our communities environmental health.
