Ms. Lamb called to complain about the Blmngtn Transit telling her that she will have to show a pitcher ID to ride the bus, even though the pass says no where on it that you will have to show a pitcher ID. She recieved the pass form the Center for Behavioral Health, it is a Handicap pass. She said that she had contacted the transit. She would like some one to call her case worker Christina Kelty at 337-2265 when this gets worked out.
Lee Huss said there is a Mulberry tree that needs to go -- it is not in the right of way. This is a rental property.
A senior citizen called in because he wants to recieve Classic Cable and the Encore Network. He does NOT want to recieve additional channels. However, he was told that in order to recieve Encore, he must purchase a package of channels that he does not want. He would like to know why he cannot have Encore without a package.
Please see attached email. Mr. White is very concerned with the increasing cable bills.
