Ms. Wells states that parking is only available on the east side of buckner st and that there are no sidewalks on the east side. Ms. Wells states that the property owner on the east side have planted flowers and ornamental grasses next to the street, so now when people park and get out of there cars they are stepping into these flower beds. She thinks that these flowers beds are in the right of way and should be removed.
Fence is falling apart and they have a big dog.
occupant of this house uses a wood stove to heat. smoke is thick and bothers the neighboes. DB to check visually that the flue pipe is correctly installed. please call complainant after DB.

Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
