Mr. McCafferty called in to comment on four Bloomington Police Officers on bicycles that were near People's Park on E. Kirkwood Avenue. He said the officers were stopping people on skateboards and he said he saw no reason why there should be that many officers in one place. The call was made from a pay phone at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 1997

This complaint is against Fountain Park Apts., Building Q. The voltage is too high, there are matches laying around, termites are eating up the bark.
