Mr. Shaw has multiple complaints regarding Insight charging a per outlet connection fee for pre-wired units (cable ready) for Hoosier Court Condo, Hoosier Heights, and Hoosier Court at Henderson Street. Mr. Shaw stated that there is no need for techs to be inside the units because work can be done from the outside. Mr. Shaw further stated that he feels that Insight in general is unresponsive and unhelpful in regards to customer complaints.

While talking to Mr. Hagemeyer about a zoning issue, he mentioned that several windows in the building at 1633 W 8th have been broken over the past several months, most recently within the last week or two. He didn't report it but if something could be done, he would appreciate it. Someone may just want to give him a call.

Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
