Omega Properties built fire escape on building (at 102 N. College) allowing access to roof and making his apartment (at 107 N. College) no longer private. People can walk into his apartment if window is open.
Harold & Rossie Stewart@3709 E. 3rd St. back yard is adjacent to above property. Property has overgrown trees and weeds in back yard, causing a raccoon problemfor the Stewarts. Would like property cleaned up. Have received complaints in the past.

illegal dumping at 1324 W. Arch Haven by person with Indiana license plates N213 (environmental plates), notified police non-emergency, they gave them HAND #.
trash looks like building material strewn about yard, and boat parked such that blocks alleyway from access
property adjacent has put up play equipment exactly on the property line between their properties, the placement is a hazard to young children and pets, the drive has to be kept open for access to utility poles on the property
window to old tire store broken, precariously hanging in window, shattered glass sprayed across sidewalk and street creating dangerous situation
Phoned in by BPD for Chris Bomba illegal dumping on Bomba's property, in dumpster, etc.
Stones from a wall have fallen into the yard.
