Subscriber says he inadvertently missed paying his December bill by a few days and was charged a late fee of $3.50 on an $11.26 bill (the bill was low due to a TCI overbilling error the previous month). Understands he missed the due date but thinks it is ridiculous and unfair that he should be charged so high a fee on so small a bill. TCI took care of the billing misunderstanding.
Mr. Raymond is a westside neighbor and was dissapointed to discover that the weight lifiting equipment @ BBCC was removed.
Commendation: Mr. Frohman wrote Department to thank them for responding to his initial complaint about disorderly conduct at Frank Southern Center. He indicates that things have gotten MUCH BETTER!
CUT NEEDS REPAIRED
Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.
Farmers Market was fine for years. Ms. Jackson against spending large amount of money for new shelter--was waste of taxpayers' money. She is taxed to death and yet the City won't pick up her leaves. This is simply mismanagement.
PIPE TOO HIGH
WANT STREET REPAIRED WHERE CBU HAD REPAIRED A WATER LEAK
Water runing out of a pipe in a stone wall along 6th St and into the alley. Ms. Hawkins is worried that the water will freeze this winter and be dangerous. The outlet discharges are not rainfall based according to Ms. Hawkins.
