Mrs. Kroener stated that she built a new house and have been trying to get Insight to install a line since Jan. of 2004. Kroener stated that someone from Insight came out to her house in Jan. and said that they woulod be back to install the line and never came back. Kroener stated that every time she calls Insight the line is busy. Kroener is very unhappy with insight's customer service and would like someone from Insight to call her back.

The Grandview Neighborhood has contacted Council Member Matt Pierce about the construction noise coming from the rock smashers at the Don Mitchell property. Apparently the construction has been going well into the night seven days a week. It appears that if the equipment has factory mufflers then construction equipment is exempted from the ordinance. Matt wanted HAND to try some gentle suasion and appeals to being a good neighbor. He is also looking into amending the ordinance.

Constituent said that the neighbor has a basketball goal that is in the street and in front of her yard/driveway. She said that it was a danger and has almost been hit multiple times. wouldn't give name. Winslow Park women's restroom. The woman who called in was in the restroom when a young (@ 24 years) man, tall & thin, came in. He was wearing a P & R shirt. He did not knock or announce himself. When the woman told him that "this is the women's restroom and there are people in here" he stated that he did not care and that he had a job to do. There were girls from Bedford in there changing clothes in the open area inside the restroom. More details on Citizen report.

is there anything we can do to increase the flow of traffice and people to Thomson Park? Can we move organized tennis or basketball to this location? Ther reason is that some of the "hoodlums" are taking over the park with vulgar language, drag racing, etc. She is requesting more activity in the park.
