Mrs. Kroener stated that she built a new house and have been trying to get Insight to install a line since Jan. of 2004. Kroener stated that someone from Insight came out to her house in Jan. and said that they woulod be back to install the line and never came back. Kroener stated that every time she calls Insight the line is busy. Kroener is very unhappy with insight's customer service and would like someone from Insight to call her back.

The Grandview Neighborhood has contacted Council Member Matt Pierce about the construction noise coming from the rock smashers at the Don Mitchell property. Apparently the construction has been going well into the night seven days a week. It appears that if the equipment has factory mufflers then construction equipment is exempted from the ordinance. Matt wanted HAND to try some gentle suasion and appeals to being a good neighbor. He is also looking into amending the ordinance.

Constituent said that the neighbor has a basketball goal that is in the street and in front of her yard/driveway. She said that it was a danger and has almost been hit multiple times. re: Lower Cascades Ball Fields. Lower Cascades has piles of leaves and debris at ball fields. There is a very strong smell like "rotten olives" coming from these piles. Caller has called police in reference to illegal dumping. He is very concerned about this illegal dumping. The odor is very strong from parking lot to intersection. PLEASE CALL BACK!
