customer pays $1.99/mo for a converter box for ea. television in order to receive Showtime/HBO; customer feels this charge is unfair and another way for Insight to make an additional profit
Subscriber called Insight about reception problems with Showtime; she was told that the premium channels would be switched to Digital in the coming months, and because of this changeover Insight would not repair it. Subscriber would like to know why it is necessary that she change to Digital and why the current service cannot be repaired. She would also like to know if the new service will provide better reception and better service or will the quality be the same?
Mr. Rush stated that this problem has been going on for 1 year. There are car parts/trash in the backyard with a truck (with no plates)parked in the drive with car parts/trash piled in the back along with another car that is broken down. He has been talking with Jason in Planning but nothing has changed. The place is a mess. Mr. Rush's phone is being worked on, so he did not leave his number. He will call back in 2-3 weeks to find out the results.

Citizen says that Recycling truck goes over her driveway and keeps breaking concrete. Understands they have a hard time turning around because its a cul-de-sac but had to pay $250 to fix it last year, and it almost needs it again. She MAY file a claim with Risk depending on our action. KEN: I need you to look at this and see if its possible to avoid going over the driveway, or if its possible to use another piece of equipment that could make the turn more easily (split packer?).
Ms. called BPD dispatch to compain about commerical haulers picking up dumpsters at Eastland Plaza disturbing her sleep very early in the morning.
ACCT # 333-05100-08-SAID HE IS BEING CHARGED SEWER AND HE BELIEVES HIS RESIDENCE IS ON SEPTIC. HE TALKED TO ENGINEERING AND SAID THERE WAS NO LINE SHOWN GOING TO RESIDENCE. HIS MLS LIST SHOWS HOUSE BEING ON SEPTIC SYSTEM.
NO WAY METER READER READ METER, AFTER READER WAS THERE, CUSTOMER WENT TO READ AND SHE HAD TO WIPE MUD OFF GLASS
