Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. Resident keeps putting food out near her property claiming it's for rabbits. The picture of a big slice of watermelon. She also claimed it was for rabbits and not the deer. This is defeating the purpose if she can get away with something like this. The offender lives at 400 E. Winslow Farm Dr.

Noise - not sure exactly where it is coming from. We are located S of Templeton school, north of BHSS. Beeping on repeat like an amplified alarm clock or a truck backing up. Beep beep beep, pause, beep beep beep. Repeat on and on. With power out, our windows are open to get some kind of breeze, so this woke us up around 4am and has been constant since or since before then.
