Sonja Kelley and Dan Helms, 906 N. Monroe Street, say false reports are being filed against them to the mayor's office, the Veteran's Affairs Administration and the White House. They believe an ex co-worker of Ms. Kelley is behind the reports. They asked for a copy of an email that was sent to Mayor Kruzan regarding a puppy mill at their residence.
Burning "tongue and groove from the 40s or 30s or 20s and blue spruce--green green wood" in the wood stove. Caller believes it is toxic and that resident is polluting neighborhood. She would not leave name or phone number so I couldn't tell her we don't enforce the clean air act.
Very moldy smell and very humid. Roof leaking in many places - behind the soda machine, behind curtain. If this keeps going the roof might collapse. Please look into this. Scheduled complaint inspection for 1-30-13 @ 11:00 w/jh

Huge pile of cat waste behind house, visible from Ritter Street and from parking lots on Adams and on 5th. Also several cat litter bags and a large pile of wood debris in driveway. Person submitting complaint will be calling to check on enforcement progress. He believes this is a public health issue as well as smelling and looking very bad.
Missing meter post in Police Lot, west end of building, needs replaced.
