I have a client that has come to my office to report that her neighbor is scary and has a lot of people at his home constantly. Mostly she would like to report noise complaints. He is very loud at night and has a lot of people always coming to the his home late at night driving motorcycles and it is very disruptive.
This house is currently creating a lot of noise. There is loud cursing, homophobic slurs, and other negative language being yelled.
Like many others in my neighborhood, I have had items stolen from my (unlocked) car this summer. In particular an empty Ray Ban sunglasses case, and a cheap GSP system ($100). I noticed the items were missing about July 7.

A young police officer stopped my husband and I last night in front of Convention Center on S. College to tell us our license plate was expired. He could not have been more polite. Apparently, there is a mistake on our license plate sticker which we were unaware of and our registration showed the correct date of June. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. Thank you to the officer!!
Scooters being stolen all over the City. We need to set up. Bait scooters and Catch these Thieves. They ruin people's li es and Jobs due to when they steal them, they take away so much from the person. Most are not being found due to the theifs not being found and prosecuted. Please,Please look into this. Sincerely a former scooter theft victim. P.s. I commend the officers that found my scooter and am Greatly pleased how they were in the right time at the right place. Thank-you to so those who spoke to Bloomington High School about the PA speaker in recent weeks. Between away games and what appears to be an effort to reduce the volume, I have seen a significant difference. However, I am not sure why, but tonight seems to be worse than ever. Inside our house, I can still hear every word of the loudspeaker. I know when there are touchdowns. I know who scored what. Please speak to the high school again.
Start enforcing against IU golf cart type vehicles. Please require at least a slow moving vehicle emblem or lamp as allowed by Indiana Code for municipalities. Plus they don't use turn signals, don't get over to allow passing, etc. Arrogant, dangerous, and obstructive.

Robert Scanlon Jr. located at 1480 N Arlington Dr. Apt 702, Bloomington, IN 47404 is in possession of marijuana. He smokes it on a daily basis. He has two small children who stay with him sometimes. I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon.
