Boarded up home at 1017 S. Walnut is equipped with a very loud alarm system with a rotating light that goes off about every 5 minutes. Police have check on the property at least twice with no sign of a break-in. Alarm system is creating noise pollution that makes it unpleasant for neighbors to be outside or have their windows open.

I guess the city thinks what they are doing at this house in the front yard is acceptable. I don't, and the neighbors don't but obviously you won't do anything about it.

water left running from property outlet. I turned it off. it needs a lock to keep off
