The City of Bloomington removed a tree approximately three years ago at the corner of Lincoln and 7th St. We would like to know if the City can plant another tree in that mow strip along 7th Street where the City had removed the tree.
Floodlight above garage casts blindingly bright light onto adjacent properties, buildings, alleys and street.
We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.
