Dead deer (faun) that was probably hit by a car.
There is a dead deer on the north side of Hillside just west of Stier Park.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Every time I walk or bike by this house, a dog charges at me and scares the crap out of me and my kids. It is tied up but the leash is long and hard to see. The dog comes at us at full speed before hitting the end of the leash almost at the street. I’m tired of being terrorized and it can’t be good for the dog either.
My neighbor keeps tying his dog up on the front stoop and leaving him there. The problem is the dog can’t really move. He’s stuck on the stoop on maybe a 2-3 feet long tie up (at most) and he can’t run around or do anything but bark at the door to be let in. It’s beyond sad. He just got the dog recently so I’m thinking maybe he just needs to be educated.

Someone is keeping a 300# pig in their backyard.
There is a home at 1208 S Fess Ave, where 3 dogs are kept. They bark all hours of the day and night, and frequently are heard fighting with each other. They are a general nuissance and keep all the neighbors up at night.
