Robert Scanlon Jr. located at 1480 N Arlington Dr. Apt 702, Bloomington, IN 47404 is in possession of marijuana. He smokes it on a daily basis. He has two small children who stay with him sometimes. I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon. I'm tired of the noise and late-night activity. Since January, my neighbors and I have been subjected to stereo blasting and cars parked along our street. It all comes from the house next door. These hooligans seem to wait until 11 pm to turn their stereo. We have seen the police knock on the door, but no one responds.
