I know that my home is not in the city, but I believe that the issue may be in the city. There is a bright flashing light on a tower somewhere that flashes so bright that it interrupts sleep. If it is a bit cloudy, it even looks like the sky is lighting up. We have lived in our home for 5 years and this is new in the last few months. We cannot find the location of the source. From our home, it is located to the east of us and is on the east side of state road 45 about a mile past University Elementary school. Can you help us? On the East Side of Bloomington, at the light coming out of the mall onto 3rd, an unhoused person is standing in the road and blocking traffic. I have seen them holding signs in this area several times in the last week, often in precarious locations.
