Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.

We would like to request all the city trees in Renwick HOA be trimmed. In Renwick homeowners association there are mow strips between the houses and the street. We were told the trees on the mow strips are city trees. Several homeowners have complained branches hang low or are hanging over streets. Residents have complained in some areas they walk in the street, which is now a safety concern. Please let me know if this has been reported improperly or what the next steps are. These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. Tree fell during storm onto Winslow sidewalk between Abby ln and roundabout. I shoved off to side. Needs some heavy duty saws to remove. No trouble with power lines. Limited truck access. Maybe from roundabout up hill.

There is an invasive vine, possibly grapevine, that is pushing over plants bordering a city sidewalk and at time obstructing the walk. I have cut it back several times; most recently a few weeks ago. Would the city or someone else be able to get rid of the vine and/or cut the greenery farther away from the sidewalk. The sidewalk borders a marsh and is right across from the pond on Tapp, on Adams Hill Circle.

I saw a street sign thrown on the ground near garbage. I pass there every day and hadn't seen it before. See photo. It is located in the driveway across the street from 409 Swain.

On the 1400 block of S Grant, there used to be a no parking sign on the west side of the street. It's no longer there. Students are coming back and they are parking on both sides of the street making it almost impassable. Thanks!
