Heather Marie Zuhl of 216 N. Lincoln St. illegally dumped her trash into the dumpster of 208 N. Lincoln, we have examples of the trash dumped
property is abandoned and listed for sale, building windows and doors need to be properly secured to prevent entry (north window is open)
trash truck parked in front of house, shouldn't be there, blocking access to driveway, she has "lifeline", can't get in or out
alley between 523 and 527 N. Lincoln Street overgrown trees into alley, nice trees, though "really overgrown"
scattered litter from construction, work begins after 10 PM,
building has been abandoned and windows boarded up. Someone has removed the plywood on the front door is now open.
Linda from Utilities called to report that there is raw sewage coming up from the ground. She stated that if you pull in to the parking lot and go back to the end you will see it.
