Good Morning, can you please refer me .who i would need to contact.Our son attends IU, we signed a lease with Omega properties. And they are not cooperating with us. We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Can someone from HAND please leave a good neighbor flier for these people? They play loud music day and night that can be heard a few doors down and they drive unsafely through the alley. I will be stopping by to speak to them myself, and my next step will be calling BPD about the noise if they do not adhere to City noise ordinance.

We sent in a mold test because my son has not been feeling well. The test came back with 4 different types of mold. I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. Its affecting his health
