There is sand, from last winter, on a two block area of sidewalk on N Smith Rd, from MorningSide Dr. N, to Grandview Dr. that needs to be cleaned off. There are a lot of bike riders in the area, and the sand could cause someone to "wipe out."
This address has several complaints in the system re: over occupancy and trash. The citizen states that the renters leave their trash cans out on the sidewalk all the time. They don't take them in. Can a notice be sent, since there is a fine for this violation?

I have a copy of the ordinance for our neighborhood (found in plat book 7, page 99). The ordinance states that "Every dwelling shall have a ...driveway... All residents are to park off the street on these drives..." Two of my neighbors regularly park thier cars on the street. House 1821 parks one of their cars on the street, and house 1824 parks 2 cars on the street. This is becoming an issue because snow plows cannot clear snow effectively and the trash trucks need to pull back and forth multiple times to turn around in the cul-de-sac.
