Adrian Reid has asked for a few bike loops to be placed in front of the Bikesmith at 112 S College Ave. We have look at the site and talked to the business and there is enough room on the sidewalk in front of the shop for 3 bike loops. We have delivered three loops to traffic. For questions, please contact Roy at Engineering.

"What is the current status of the wooden sidewalk/bridge on E. 2nd Street at Anita? Nothing has happened on the project for the last 2 to 3 weeks & people on bikes/with strollers are endangering their lives by walking on this very narrow part of 2nd Street because they cannot use the bridge."

just north of county view apartments, there is a line of trees on the back side of the sidewalk at Rockport Hills that need to be trimmed as his daughter cannot ride her bike down the sidewalk. I told him that I would have someone take a look and notify the property owner that the trees needed to be trimmed. Caller was not happy that it would be the property owners responsiblity as the city probably told the developer that those trees needed to be there. He has contacted the mayors office.
