The sidewalk in front of St. Charles Church always has debris such as dirt, and broken glass. They never clear the sidewalk during the winters. She also complained about a dead bird on the sidewalk. Engineering already has removed it. Please contact Ms. Meserve.

DOES THE OWNER NEED TO BE SENT NOTICE TO MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THIS BUSINESS? PLEASE LET US KNOW.
