The City garage on the S.W. corner of 7th & Walnut on the N.E. stairs there is constantly a strong smell of urine. The citizen states that this is an on-going problem in the garage and someone should take care of the situation.

Citizen met with Mayor during his Office Hours. Concerned that transit system does not run late or often enough, particularly in areas w/subsidized housing where people are more likely to rely on it.
