Ms. Goodman called to complain about the "dog poop" containers at 9th St. Park. She said they seldom are used and the bag never gets changed and it was set on fire on 10/06.

Corner of 6th & Rogers, sidewalk has weeds growing to heights of 3-4 feet. This is the sidewalk running by Fulk Wholesale (now closed). Problem exists both on 6th St & Rogers.
Mr. Felts is in total support of the animal shelter, although he is very upset about always getting an automated voice on the animal control phone. He is tired of menus- he would just like to speak to a human being to answer his questions.
Complaint about Bryan Pool -- needs to be cleaned. There's algae growing on top and it looks nasty!

Caller was disappointed with the discontinuation of the Enchanted Forest. He feels with more publicity attendance would increase. He did not care that we have other fall events to replace the Enchanted Forest - he was angry!
Complaint about a call made during softball game. Caller feels umpire doesn't know the proper rulling on fair/foul balls.
Called to say she is "thrilled" that we are starting the After School programs @ University School. She would like to see us expand the programs and possibly include more programs in the future for all grade levels.
Mr. McGuigan is concerned with the Banneker Center. He thinks that this situation he becoming very racial. He feels that the MAYOR OFFICE SHOULD BE MORE ACTIVE ABOUT THE SITUATION.
Parking concern at Rogers and 6th Street. People keep parking on the yellow line and it is very hard to pull out onto 6th Street. Donna has called the Police but nothing has been done.
