Citizen complains that trees are overgrown in SE corner of Municipal Lot 1 (Dunkirk Square). Tree limbs obstruct parking meters and drip sap onto cars. Parking Enforcement confirms problem.

Gravel & sand on street not cleaned up yet. On Smith Rd. between Grandview & Morningside. Particularly under railroad underpass, in front of animal hospital, in front of apts at 238 N. Smith and by PSI substation.

The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.

The soil retention barriers at the project at Fifth & Rogers are down.
