Mr. Kreis stated that there is an insight cable that has been sitting above ground between 2820 & 2828 N. Blue Slopes Drive for approximately 1 year. He has contacted Insight on several occassions but to no avail. He wanted to see if the City could help get this problem taken care of.

During the month of July, Insight Communications excavated a site approximately 5'X2' in size on his property. After the work was completed, the hole was filled back up with dirt. Mr. Koehl was told by a crew member that the area would be reseeded and strawed. His yard has yet to be repaired.

Mr. & Mrs. Heimer would like have the same attention given to visually impaired programing that has been given to hearing impaired. Also, during the most recent storms, the SAP function for audio did not work well. Mrs. Heimer indicated that she will probably attend the next TCC Meeting.

An ideal cable contract would be for Insight or another cable company to have a cafeteria plan that citizens could choose from or at least have an intermediate level between Basic and Classic that would omit expensive Sport Channels (ESPN).
