These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. Can the city sweeper come to sweep them up? Thanks, Stella Hooker-Haase 333-7006
No problem. Doe with three fawns live somewhere in back yards of 1800 block homes, south side of E. Hunter ave. Just thought the deer tagging/ monitoring people would be interested.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Thank you, Marion Krefeldt 1910 E 1st 812-325-5457
The school zone flashing lights did not appear to be flashing heading west (towards High Street) on 2nd street right before the school, despite children, crossing guards, and school busses present. (The lights were flashing heading east at the same time).
This is an over-occupancy complaint. The house at 501 South Arbutus appears to be inhabited by more than three unrelated adults.
Enormous tree with predominantly dead limbs is a hazard to those of us walking past on a regular basis. The owner needs to remove this ongoing threat.

Referring to case #203052, closed on 5/30/2025 as an ongoing enforcement case. License plate still is not current. Is from 2016 (used to be 1975 until last summer, when it was replaced), but this is not visible now because there is a glove hanging over the year sticker.
