Hello, This is a follow-up report in reference to report #183277 which I made a few days ago, about the beeping sound coming from the Catalent/Allen & Patterson area. Thanks so much for your quick reply to me last time. I wanted to give you some more info I've found out since: someone raised the possibility to me that it might be a malfunctioning sewer lift station pump, but I called the utility dept. and they came to check it out and said there wasn't one nearby, so that possibility is out. Lots of people (who haven't heard it themselves but have heard me describe that it's a beeping sound) have said it's probably just trucks backing up from Catalent/the construction site, but I really don't think that's the case: for one thing, it's one constant and ceaseless beep that only began in the last couple weeks, not intermittent or overlapping beeps like you'd hear if it was trucks. For another, I heard it all through last night during the tornado warning and very high winds--I can't imagine anyone was messing with trucks during that time. It's been ceaseless for the last 24 hours or more--I really think it must be something automated. It also sounds more north than Catalent itself--I'm thinking the construction site might be the more likely culprit. Hope this info helps to track it down. Thanks again!

Loud continuous beeping sound from Catalent construction area 24/7 for several days ( including weekend). Loud enough, so that I can hear it in my home with all windows closed.

The two street lights located in the alley between Dixie and Dodds Streets are burned out. Last time they were replaced a couple years ago they only stayed lit for about 2 months.

I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. I live at 925 N. Madison St. I want to report that the tenants and or management of 910 N. Rogers St. haven't been taken care of the grass and it's waist high. I have seen rodent come out of the grass and it's becoming a problem for me, because these rodents try and sometimes get under my porch and die.

I would like to know how to get a complaint against the Bloomington Transit center resolved. I have complained in person and left voicemails to customer service (they never answer the phone). The treatment I have received from one of their employees is wrong and inexcusable. I also have been treated very unfairly in regards to submitting these complaints. I am unsure of how else to proceed to receive resolve of this issue.
