Can someone from HAND please leave a good neighbor flier for these people? They play loud music day and night that can be heard a few doors down and they drive unsafely through the alley. I will be stopping by to speak to them myself, and my next step will be calling BPD about the noise if they do not adhere to City noise ordinance.

We sent in a mold test because my son has not been feeling well. The test came back with 4 different types of mold. I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. Side walk is uneven. I fell just walking on the sidewalk because of the sidewalk . I learned my son and 2 roommates tripped earlier. I reported it to an employee and he said he has tripped but it’s a city issue. I am 60 years old and feel fortunate I was able to quickly put my hands down so I did not land on my face. This is a big injury waiting to happen
