DANIELS THOUGHT THAT THE GROUND WAS SETTLING SO SHE HAS FILLED THE HOLE IN AND SEEDED IT FOR THE PAST NINE YEARS, BUT THE PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND HER DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IS NOW FALLING IN.
1301 has "conditions of approval to pave drive-way" that have not been met. Public Works received complaint from Bob Branam of 1219 S. Stull who has stone from 1301 washing into the drainage ditch in front of his house. Causes flooding to his yard & home every time it rains. See attch'd for more info.
