Mr. Mayfield's cable drop was repaird but has not been buried yet. He would like to have his cable drop buried as soon as possible. He also stated that it took many times to reach a human being when he tried to contact Insight.

Janos Starker called Utilities Dept. and stated that his address was 1241 Winfield Road. The post office shows the address as 1241 S. Windfield Road 47401-6147, and this is what Utilities records now show. A determination should be made as to the correct address.
Mr. Holdeman owns this property. He states that he called Insight to get a price quote for basic cable. He recieved a quote for $11.95 with free installation. After this service was installed, he received a bill for approximately $40.00 which included extended cable. He is upset that he was quoted one price but was billed another which included a service that he did not want.
The above address is Mr. Holdeman's daughter residence. Mr. Holdeman called Insight to get a price quote for digital cable. He was quoted $59.95. He received a bill in the amount of approximately $109.00 and was billed for two boxes (@$7.99 each) instead of one. He is upset that he was again quoted one price and billed another. He is also concerned that he was not told that his bill would include sales tax, franchise fees, and other user fees by the customer service representative.
Mr. Wilbur called to let the Mayor and Transit know that he was on the 2 South route of the transit, and another driver gave the 2 South driver a can of air-freshener, stating "I always need this when I drive this route....how's the smell today?" Mr. Wilbur was offended at this, saying he hoped it wasn't the opinion of the Mayor and the City that the people who road this route were "dirty", etc. He asked that these comments be passed along to the appropriate authority.

Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
Invasives in the right of way, the north property line, and along the creek including privet, poison ivy, burning bush, & multiflora rose.
