Quit employing unprofessional police officers. These people have no idea what it is to serve and protect like me and the rest of our military veterans. I applaud your efforts in making Bloomington a friendlier place to travel within, in regards to pedestrians and bicycles. I don't drive and have no plans or needs to in the near future. My family sometimes gets irratated by the by-pass back-ups having to take me accross town to school often but I see the workers working so I know the work will be done in a timely manner. Good Job!

Thank you so much for increasing the time for N/S light at Kinser and the Bypass. It used to be only about 4 seconds long. Now it's at least 10 seconds and traffic is able to flow much more efficiently and without waiting through 2 or 3 lights. THANKS!!!
